Test Request

Test Request is generated by submitting the external analysis form to the Laboratory for further evaluation and registration. Please see the External Laboratory Request page.

Sample Transportation and Receiving

Proper sampling and transportation is a critical first stage of reliable testing.

Sample transportation is carried out with specially customized vehicles if requested. Otherwise, it is requestor’s responsibility to properly transport the samples. The laboratory can give guidance on the proper sample bottles, sampling technique, transportation details and storage if necessary.

Each sample should be clearly labeled and shall indicate below required information:

• Sample Name


• Sample Type


• Sampling Point


• Sampling Date


• Sampled by


• Sampling Method


• Hazard Information

Samples are first delivered to the dedicated sample reception area in the laboratory and checked before registration and it is accepted by the authorized laboratory personnel.
