About Us

SOCAR Downstream Management LLC (SDM) was established by SOCAR on 27 December 2019 to reconstruct, upgrade, manage, and reinforce the supervision over SOCAR’s oil and gas refining and petrochemical enterprises, as well as to oversee their refining, production, operational, quality control, labor safety, and other related activities.

This activity is in line with the SOCAR Corporate Strategy, approved in 2021 and covering the period until 2035, having identified the following downstream-related priority objectives: integration enhancement, operational excellence, and development of refining and chemical facilities.
