Recruitment process
Recruitment at "SOCAR Downstream Management" LLC is carried out through competition, taking into account the requirements of the labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in accordance with the company's relevant standards and other normative documents. The competition process consists of 3 stages: initial selection of applications, participation of candidates in test exams (and/or evaluation by other means of verification and measurement ("case studies", open-type tasks, etc.)) and interview or professional test. We regularly announce vacancies in "SOCAR Downstream Management" LLC and in enterprises and organizations entrusted to its management in the "Vacancies" section of the site. We carry out the initial selection of candidates applying for vacancies in accordance with the qualification requirements stated in the vacancy description. According to the results of the preliminary selection, we invite the candidates to the test exam, which is the next stage of the competition. Candidates who show satisfactory results in the test are invited to the final selection (interview or professional test) stage of the competition.
We send relevant notifications to the e-mail address and mobile phone specified in the citizen's profile regarding all stages of the competition.
Learning and Development process
The Learning and Development team is the department responsible for fostering the growth of employees within the organization and ensuring better business performance by developing their knowledge and skills. Various Learning and Development programs are regularly implemented within the organization with the aim of developing employees' technical and soft skills.
