Core Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance: Laboratory conducts rigorous testing and analysis to ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards and international norms. This includes quality check from raw material to final product throughout the production process in addition to import products.
Operational Efficiency: The team monitors and evaluates the performance of the production plant laboratories, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs of Laboratories while ensuring the digitalization is in place for effective monitoring and financial analysis.
Safety and Compliance: Laboratory ensures that all operations adhere to international industry regulations and safety standards, safeguarding both the workforce and the environment.
Technical Support: Laboratory provides SME (Subject Matter Expert) support and consultancy to the Laboratories under production plants and external customers assisting to troubleshooting and process optimization. For detailed information please see Laboratory Service page.
