The next round of the experience exchange program on the subject of "Management of innovation activities in oil and gas enterprises" took place on September 22–26, 2025, as part of the cooperation between SOCAR and Uzbekneftegaz. The program's primary goal was to improve Uzbekneftegaz leaders' and workers' knowledge and proficiency in managing innovation activities.
As part of the experience exchange program, Uzbekneftegaz employees have visited Oil Refinery named after Heydar Aliyev and SOCAR Downstream Management LLC. During the visit, the guests were showcased projects implemented in SDM and processing facilities, Value Creation program, and innovative and digitalization efforts implemented and planned in the fields of I&R, OT, and APC.
