A Town Hall meeting was held on 31 July 2025 at PU Azerikimya.
Participating in the meeting were: SOCAR VP Anar Mammadov and SOCAR Downstream Management General Director Emil Alkhasli, as well as HSE and HR officials.
Two main topics were discussed extensively:
HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) - ensuring a safe and responsible work environment, living by the "human life above all" principle.
Development of organization structure - new Azerikimya management model and efficiency and transparency opportunities it presents.
Such open and strategy-oriented dialogs are yet another proof of us moving towards a safer and more sustainable future, guided by the common goal and a strong team spirit.
